Recruitment Administration Officer

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader, you will provide administration support across a range of recruitment activities in the region. Your primary focus will be on supporting candidates and pre-employment compliance, with opportunities to grow and develop your career.

About You

  • Previous experience in a high volume administration roles
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, accurately with attention to detail and with minimum supervision in a highly confidential environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to organise workloads and manage competing priorities.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a willingness to adapt to change.
  • IT Savvy with systems experience such as Applicant Tracking Systems, Human Resource Information Systems, databases, MS Office etc.;
  • Team player with the ability to develop and maintain effective high level working relationships across a diverse range of key internal and external stakeholders;
