Description:

Active Mobility, located Silverwater Sydney NSW 2141, is a medium sized family business that has been established for over 25 years, and services the Healthcare Industry.

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person with excellent communication skills to take up the busy full time, front line position of telephone reception and customer service.

The successful applicant will be flexible and enjoy a range of general office administration duties.

Good computer and organisational skills are essential, and great training opportunities are available to lead into bookkeeping and customer service.

Office Admin & general duties will include:

· First in line Telephone and Front Office Receptionist

· Meeting, greeting and assisting clients

· Data base maintenance

· Telemarketing and quote follow-up

· Archiving and filing

· Maintain reception and kitchen areas clean and tidy & assist with food preparation

As this is a front-line role, COVIC-19 vaccination is mandatory for this position.

Office Hours: 8:30 - 5:00 Mon - Fri
Salary Package: Negotiable
