Description:
We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual who can assist our admin team. A previous background working in a domestic or CRICOS RTO will be highly desirable.
Your main responsibilities will include:
· Assisting in onboarding students
· Day to day admin (checking emails, organising calendar, setting up meetings)
· Handle and coordinate team calendars
· Schedule and confirm meetings
· Ensure file organisation is based on office protocol
· Contacting our students to check their progress
· Using our internal student management system to record data
· Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
· Previous RTO experience (working for domestic or CRICOS RTO) will be a bonus not necessary
The right candidate must:
· have an ability to multitask, take initiatives and prioritise daily tasks
· have strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills including written and verbal
· have pleasant phone manners
· be proficient in Microsoft Office suite
· be proficient in using Google suite
· be knowledgeable in reports creation and Google spread sheets
· be reliable, quick learner and a team player
· willingness to learn
