JLL is looking for Reception.
A snapshot of the role:
- Maintain office in clean and tidy environment including meeting rooms, kitchen breakout space, storage, and office area
- Serve as the face of the AU Office, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in on the phone
- Greet people entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit
- Support event planning and management
- Responsible for managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Support desk booking system – log visitors/guests who are entering and exiting the building
- Responsible for badge, access card, parking, key card distribution and return
- Other ADHOC administrative projects or duties as assigned
what we are looking for:
The receptionist is a self-motivated team member who is organised, detail oriented and consistently follows through on assignments providing excellent customer service to external and internal members.
- 3+ years’ experience in reception/admin
- Ability to multi – task and remain energetic in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively wit a diverse range of people and job function
- Excellent organisation, verbal, multi-tasking and written communication skills
