Clayton Utz is looking for Real Estate Lawyer (4-6+ PQE)
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have
- Substantial broad-ranging property experience, exposure to different types of property matters and at least 4 years post admission experience. Experience in working for Government clients is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong academic background with excellent client-facing capability.
- The ability to manage client expectations and their matters end-to-end with minimal supervision and the full support of our team when required.
- Great leadership skills and experience mentoring and coaching junior lawyers. Our team prides itself on giving our juniors the best possible experience as they start their legal journey.
- The ability to challenge the status quo and be able to demonstrate a strong legal grasp of key principles relevant to Real Estate, coupled with a good commercial grounding.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate with impact to both internal and external clients and staff.
- Strong time and project management skills.
- The ability to work as part of a cohesive team and help foster the great team culture we have.
