About the Unit

The Teachers and Teaching Research Centre (TTRC) led by Laureate Professor Jenny Gore, is a highly successful Research Centre at the University of Newcastle. Its core researchers are from the School of Education in the College of Human and Social Futures.

Be challenged and imagine with us

In this role you will:

  • Prepare for and facilitate Quality Teaching Rounds related workshops.
  • Develop a deep understanding of, and provide expert advice to principals, teachers, school leaders and other key stakeholders on the Quality Teaching Model and Quality Teaching Rounds.
  • Provide a ‘teacher voice’ to influence internal strategic discussions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as school principals, head teachers (T&L), and school QTR champions.
  • Contribute to TTRC research on Quality Teaching Rounds and related topics.
