Reporting into the Quality & Clinical Governance Manager you are responsible for developing, supporting, coaching and assisting the delivery of the overall clinical governance and quality management systems with the team across our residential services, community services in Life Care at Home, Life Care Active and our respite service, Norman House.

Your core responsibilities are focused on translating and embedding the Aged Care Quality Standards within the business, ensuring the quality management system is accurately tracked and reported, and role modelling the professional behaviours that create a high performing, engaged culture.

To be considered for the permanent full time position (some flexibility with hours is negotiable), you will have a desire to and have some experience making improvements across a business or work unit, be committed to continuous improvement and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards. You want to develop systems and processes in line with best practice and are keen to learn new skills to do this. Most importantly, you are flexible and want to work as part of a high performing team across aged and community services. This role is based in the Unley office, with primary responsibilities in the southern suburbs from Unley to Aldinga Beach. Travelling between these sites will be required as part of this role.

In addition, you must also evidence:

• Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (Registered or Enrolled Nurse) (AHPRA)
• Current National Crime Check (or capacity to obtain) to work in aged care
• Unencumbered and current drivers licence
• Current 2022 Flu Vaccination
• Current COVID vaccinations
