Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Work closely with Westpac and Partner marketing teams to enable and execute a customer-centric marketing and communications strategy.
- As Business SME, support and enable the delivery of all tactical marketing activity ensuring that forecast activities within Marketing and Distribution plans are delivered on time/budget.
- Support the delivery of key projects, to ensure that marketing initiatives are delivered on time/budget.
- Working with the Performance, Analytics and Insights team, use data and insights to identify customer cohorts, and refine and develop customer propositions that clearly articulate our "Why Westpac General Insurance" CVP.
- Contribute to a focus on target market development to ensure that customer cohorts are continuously refined in line with appropriate product offers.
- Support the delivery of strategic initiatives that will support the growth strategy across GI.
- Support the development, delivery and fulfilment of marketing campaigns and deliver relevant insights.
- Deliver any other related tasks as reasonably requested.
- Capture and manage marketing materials and sign-offs.
- Ensure marketing collateral and content is created with risk, compliance, privacy and legal obligations met throughout, supported by BCM and Compliance teams.
- Manage and maintain marketing governance and controls, including review and approval matrices for Marketing, Digital and Distribution material between internal stakeholders and external partner stakeholders

- Marketing communications and campaign background - with Financial Services experience highly regarded
