Conveniently located in Sydney’s Lower Northshore suburb of Cremorne, this office places an enormous emphasis on growth and progression and are looking for an experienced Property Marketing Specialist. This office is revolutionising the way people buy, sell and market property, using global insights, local expertise and cutting edge technology to deliver the best outcomes for their clients.


The duties to be performed in this role include:
 

  • Consulting with agents daily to identify their property marketing needs
  • Provide creative & strategic marketing recommendations for property marketing campaigns.
  • Building & maintaining strong supplier relationships
  • Managing the end to end creative services quoting, booking, proofing processes, including photography, copywriting, videography & other support
  • Managing the end to end asset & artwork quoting, booking, proofing processes, including digital, small print, large print & other supporting property marketing assets.
  • Providing guidance & outstanding client service to guide all marketing tasks from start to finish enabling more efficiency to the Agent listing process.
  • Providing exceptional quality control
  • Implement Agent marketing strategies to complement the overall personal marketing plan of the Agent.
  • Executing all Agent success marketing assets meeting the prescribed deadlines.
  • Relaying real estate market trends, forecasts and new product information.
  • Onboarding activities of agents to ensure brand guidelines, systems, tools, templates & products are understood
  • Drive adoption and usage of product tools. Providing insights and feedback to support further enhancements and developments of the marketing products and tools.
  • Being a brand ambassador at all times, uphold complete brand quality and control.


The successful candidate will have a real estate or franchising background and must meet the following criteria:
 

  • Experience in the Real Estate industry preferred but not essential
  • Customer service skills
  • Marketing experience, an advantage
  • The ability to work both in a supervised and unsupervised environment
  • As a team player that is driven by helping others achieve industry leading results
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and can meet deadlines
  • Strong administration and computer literacy skills
  • The ability to prioritise and work proactively
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Demonstrated ability to follow through issues to resolution
  • Strong customer focus and rapport building skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • The ability to work autonomously or in a team environment
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • An understanding of social media for business & ability to help others using digital and technology tools
