Property Manager Or Senior Property Manager

This successful business is looking for a Property Manager to join their market leading team within North Brisbane.

Working as a Senior Property Manager or Property Manager, you will oversee a quality, clean and tidy portfolio of 120 to 160 properties with administration, trust account support and a dedicated Assistant Property Manager overseeing routines and general support.

To be successful, you will be an experienced Property Manager who enjoys doing the job the 'right way,' offering both tenant and landlord a quality service with clear communication.

Requirements
 

• At least 12 months experience as a Residential Property Manager
• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate and Driving License
• Team Focused - Friendly and willing to help others
• Excellent communication (written and verbal)
• Strong with property management procedures and legislation
• Experienced in Console Cloud & IRE (ideal but not essential)
• Experience managing high net worth landlords / high end properties (preferred but not essential)
