The Role:
 

• Circa 130 properties with support
• End-to-end duties with your own dedicated Assistant Property Manager!
• Conduct exit inspections
• Liaise with owners and tenants
• Upload rental listings online
• Prepare CMA's & lease renewals
• Manage arrears
• Maintenance
• Attend QCAT where required
