Property Maintenance Supervisor

Description:

Banyule City Council is looking for Property Maintenance Supervisor.

Other Duties Include

• Supervise and ensure both in-house and contracted works are completed to specification
• Provide support across the Property Maintenance Business Unit with stock control, external liaisons and customer service
• Oversee time allocation of jobs, ensuring referred works and quotes are prioritised and completed in timely manner
• Work with the team and the Team Leader to meet KPI’s and target objectives
• Supervise work, staff and contractors

Skills & Experience

• Ability to supervise and lead and motive a team
• Understanding of Banyule values, code of conduct a
• Ability to set timeframes and achieve goals
• High level of customer service communication and liaison skills
• Ability to manage daily works for an internal team and external contractors
• Purchasing, requisition creation, acquiring quotes and managing budget spending
• Knowledge and skills in a range of home maintenance and modification task
• Current Drivers Licence
• Level 2 First Aid
• Trade Qualification desirable
