Description:
The Project Officer role will directly support the day-to-day work of the project manager including performing administrative tasks, helping to monitor deadlines, reporting, minute taking, maintaining project artefacts, and assisting with implementing frameworks.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of, or a keen interest in learning more about the ICT project environment, and have strong transferable skills such as stakeholder management, time management, and organization / coordination.
Responsibilities across multiple project implementation streams
Essential criteria
1. 2+ years of experience working in a project coordinator or administrative role
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Proven ability to coordinate activities and priorities tasks to meet outcomes within required time frames.
4. Demonstrated competence in computer applications, including the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Microsoft Project, Excel and Microsoft Teams.
5. An understanding of financial management including budget management.
6. Demonstrated analysis and reporting skills.
