The Monadelphous West Pilbara Project Team operates out of our Tom Price branch, delivering brownfields sustaining capital and maintenance projects across the Pilbara and Gascoyne regions. The team's project portfolio covers a range of scopes, from SMP works including GTU, piping and structural upgrades through to non-process infrastructure projects, structural remediation and coating services.

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to join our team on a 9:5 roster from Perth, WA to Tom Price. Your dedication and strong leadership skills will allow you to build relationships and direct a team ensuring compliance with internal, client and legislative HSE requirements as well as ensuring the quality, production and environment requirements.

What you will bring

• Mechanical trade qualification preferred
• Demonstrated experience working as a Supervisor on brownfields SMP projects within the mining industry
• Ability to demonstrate planning and organisation skills with the capability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong communication skills and able to deliver a message effectively
• Strong understanding of Australian standards, industry practices and statutory OHS requirements
• Experienced in delivering safe and reliable solutions while focussing on client relationships
• An innovative appraoch to problem solving, continuous impovement and successful delivery methods
• Basic computer skills
