Working across both completed and off-the-plan stock, this company has been operating for 15+ years, and has a stellar reputation for selling top quality, affordable and highly saleable apartments. They have incredibly strong lead-generation and qualification processes, and therefore are able to provide their sales executives with motivated buyers and consequently unmatched income potential!

Duties:

  • Making contact with qualified leads and suggesting / presenting purchase options
  • Proactively calling back through previous enquiries that didn’t transact at the time to introduce new options
  • Keeping abreast of stock available (and competing project sales & prices)
  • Maintaining relationships with buyers and negotiating to exchange

Requirements:

  • Proven track-record and the ability to gain results
  • Ability to work within a team and contribute to the solid culture in place
  • A real driver & highly self-motivated
  • Happy to work Saturday & Sunday with an RDO during the week
