Project Officer

Reporting to the Developer Experience Implementation Lead, the Project Officer will support the successful delivery of the Business Improvement portfolio through the provision of project coordination, governance and operational support, including reporting, risk and issue tracking, schedule reviews and quality control.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Hands on role in supporting continuous improvement activities, projects and reporting
• Identifying, defining, developing and implementing improvements to processes and procedures
• Identify opportunities to leverage the strengths of others to solve issues and develop better processes and ways of working
• Apply creative thinking techniques to generate new ideas and options to address issues and improve customer experience and business performance
• Working collaboratively with key stakeholders
• Contributing to the development of communications materials
• Maintaining dashboards and reports
• Supporting project leads in identifying risks

• Tertiary qualification in Project Management/Business Management or related discipline
• Certification in a continuous improvement methodology
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups
• Proven experience preparing a range of project related documents as instructed, including status updates, reports, and discussion papers, project briefs
