As a Project Officer, you will build collegial relationships and networks with academic and professional stakeholders to support collaborative and cross-functional approaches to project initiatives, high levels of engagement, and shared ownership of outcomes. You will have the opportunity to coordinate and resource projects to ensure initiatives are appropriately progressed and delivered effectively in line with the Education Plan (2022-2025).

• Have had exposure to curriculum design and development, including students-as-partners approaches and associated accreditation processes
• Consult with stakeholders and coordinate broader project teams in the design and delivery of relevant project principles in alignment with the established Education plan and project management framework
• Apply effective change management approaches, actively engage stakeholders with changes, creating orientation, support materials and training to facilitate transition of initiatives to business-as-usual arrangements where required.
• Ensure that Quality assurance and service improvement programs are well documented with success measures demonstrated through data and reporting
