The purpose of the Project Officer – Support Hub is to manage the Quality Assurance, Compliance & Risk of WfD, NWEP, PaTH, ParentsNext, Smart Skilled & Hired and Try, Test & Learn. These activity support functions are carried out in accordance to their relative Deed and Guidelines. This role manages the administrative support provided to these Programs and any other additional programmes as required by the business. You will require knowledge on the key deliverables of these programs to assist Programme Leads both Internal and External across multiple regions.
Responsibilities:
- Work Closely and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver programme objectives
- Working within contractual guidelines, quality systems and policies and procedures
- Contract knowledge on the AAR, WfD, NWEP, PaTH, ParentsNext, Smart Skilled & Hired, Try, Test & Learn programmes providing guidance and troubleshooting technical support
- Monitor and review the Risk mitigation strategies for WHS
- Collaborating with all stakeholders to effectively deliver the program objectives within their selected area
- Positively promote the success of all programs
- Comply with all WHS procedures ensuring that team members including volunteers and contractors abide by all relevant health and safety procedures
- Act as a role model by demonstrating safe work behaviours and report all accidents, incidents or near misses immediately.
