Project Officer

 

Description:

Our Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) team is currently seeking to appoint a Project Officer to undertake project management and support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of projects, including operational policy and procedure development and legislative reform within established objectives.

This position is essential in supporting the two Senior Project Officers in the delivery of LAHC’s maintenance contract and the more complex projects and complaints received across the North West region. This is an exciting role with room to grow and provide support to the larger contract areas across the North West region.

You will have demonstrated project management experience including experience in developing and monitoring project plans, coordinating resources and budgets, as well as the capability to successfully manage multiple project deadlines for timely delivery. You will have the ability to perform a variety of tasks including reporting, preparing briefings, proven research, analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to recommend solutions to support the development of key projects. Dealing effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders whilst managing their expectations are key to the success of this role.
