The City Futures directorate focuses on developing our strategy to ensure sustainable and responsible planning and development for all aspects of our City.
The role is responsible for the provision of traffic, transport and road safety engineering advice to Council and its customers across a range of matters to create a safe road environment, and amenity for the community. You will be providing engineering services to contribute to the efficient, safe and equitable traffic and road system to meet legislative and compliance requirements.
If you have an interest in traffic and road safety and wish to make a difference to the safety of local residents this is the job for you. This position provides the opportunity to partake in a range of tasks and activities including crash analysis, development analysis, black spot projects and more, to better the quality of life and amenities for residents across the LGA.
