Our client is a well-established Advisory firm in Melbourne specialising in commercial, education, industrial and fit out projects. The company's portfolio consists of a mixture of new build/refurbishment private education facilities, ranging from $10 -$100 million and workplace fitouts that reach up to $15 million.

You will be working closely with the Director and the Senior Project team as the Project Manager of a diverse portfolio. You will be expected to fully utilise your knowledge and experiences in project management to oversee and coordinate the planning, design, sales, finance and construction of each project, from conception to its delivery. There is also an opportunity in this position to assist in the growth of the national pipeline.

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Property or relevant field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential as you will be expected to act as the representative for the company in order to communicate and coordinate with all external stakeholders which include but is not limited to, project management consultants, architects, financiers, clients and the building contractor. Construction design and delivery expertise will be highly regarded.
• Exposure to perform due diligence and construct feasibility models for potential new sites in the acquisition phase.
