Description:
The purpose of this role is to coordinate, plan and manage a range of projects to ensure that the identified and planned benefits and outcomes are delivered. The role is also responsible for a range of internal relationships as well as external service providers.
Experience
- Manage scope, scheduling and budget for Technology and Business projects.
- Initiate project and reporting frameworks including working groups and steering committees
- Facilitate the process design and system integration with Technology and business representatives and subject matter experts from across the business
- Engage Technology leads to facilitate the platform delivery and integration, data migration, interfaces and configuration
- Engage with business leads to develop the target state of the business solution
- Identify process design changes with the potential to drive role changes
- Ensure the broader Nine business is engaged, involved and aware of the project, project status and change impacts including training
Experience working on project involving either Data, Salesforce, Consultancies would be amazing!!!
Essentials
- 5+ years experience in end-to-end project management - examples include integration, relocation, Productivity Suite, Sales CRM, Finance Transformation, Cyber Security, Hardware Refresh Programs, Marketing Platforms and data projects
- Experience planning and facilitating strategy and business planning development activities
- Strong analytical and problem solving capability
- Vendor relationship management
- Demonstrated exceptional presentation skills
- Financial reporting and budget tracking expertise
- Proactive management of multiple factors within a time critical environment
- Ability to collaborate efficiently and effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Attention to detail, commitment to accuracy & quality assurance essential
- Confident team member, flexible and will to take on tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong customer orientation
