The Opportunity 

We are seeking a dynamic intermediate-level Project Manager with well-developed Project Scheduling capabilities seeking to apply their skills to deliver solutions directly with clients by joining our growing national Advisory team.

This role is Canberra based.

Our highly dynamic team of project managers require another quality problem solver to join our ranks. In this role you will work directly with clients to manage a variety of exciting projects in collaboration with our talented senior team. With an initial focus on project scheduling in infrastructure projects, the role will grow to include all aspects of project management. You will have a focus on Infrastructure and/or Defence projects and be exposed to a range of engineering and professional services disciplines over time.

This Role

• Responsible and accountable for the development and maintenance of project planning activities including performing regular updates of project schedule, including communicating changes in critical path, milestone dates and highlighting delays.
• Develop and deliver project planning reports and utilising the relevant tools and techniques;
• Monitors critical path activities on a regular basis and provides update and analysis including possible mitigation efforts that must be undertaken to minimise impacts
• Identify risks and opportunities during the planning process
• Identify, recommend and deliver solutions and recommendations to stakeholders
• Support decision making processes by creation of ‘what-if’ scenarios and analysis of options
• Timesheet reporting
• Access to industry leading specialists in the Defence, Industrial, Transport and Infrastructure
• Partner and engage with industry stakeholders;
