Description:

The West Moreton Health Service is offering an exciting opportunity to join the Information Technology Services team in the position of Project Manager. The Project Manager will manage a medium scale information management and information technology (ICT) project.

About You

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

  • Demonstrated experience in the management of medium scale ICT projects, preferably in the health care industry.
  • Proven analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • High level communication skills including effective negotiation, consultation, facilitation and written and oral communication skills for use in a complex project management environment
  • Understanding of project management methodologies (preferably PRINCE2) and the ability to promote and provide advice on the use of appropriate project management techniques, methodologies and tools.
  • Proven experience in leading, managing and mentoring a small to medium sized team.
