How will I help? 

You will be a key member of the Group Customer Assist Team within the Group Operations, Property & Commercial Services (GOPCS). The Project Manager role is a critical role to lead and manage project activities that deliver business and/or technology solutions. This role is specifically required to deliver seamless implementation of prioritised change as part of the Customer Assist Strategic Roadmap. The initiatives will contribute to both the Technology and Business target states whilst delivering process simplification and standardisation and ultimately great customer and agent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end project lifecycle from inception through to implementation and post implementation review.
  • Develop business cases, along with cost, benefit and schedule planning.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Assist Executive Team as project sponsors.
  • Maintain project KPIs and ensure appropriate level of governance accordingly to WBC framework and methodologies.

What do I need? 

  • Demonstrable experience in people leadership roles in large and complex organisations.
  • Project management experience essential
  • Experience in key projects that deliver commercial, customer and compliance outcomes in the Finance industry is desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and results driven.
  • A can do outcomes focus and determination to deliver
  • Demonstrated experience managing information flows to and from the business internally and externally.
