The Project Manager, Professional Services is responsible for customer implementations and success.

Alongside managing your clients needs and expectations you will work closely with and maintain strong relationships with the internal sales and engineering teams as a client advocate.

To be successful you will...

• Be an excellent communicator, who can liaise with various stakeholders at all levels
• Show proven experience leading projects from pre-sales to post deployment
• Have a background in Saas Products
• Be experienced with B2B channels
• Microsoft Azure knowledge is great to have - but not essential!
• Have strong business acumen and ability to identify biggest ROI opportunities
• Be comfortable to be client facing and be empathetic or assertive when and as required

Key Responsibilities

• Drive pre-sales efforts by assisting the sales team in closing deals by designing
• solutions directly with clients and assisting Sales in demonstrations.
• Formulating plans to meet the objectives of the project while adhering to an
• approved budget and timeline.
• Review and moderate budgeted hours and re-allocating when necessary.
• Assign tasks, sets deadlines, review necessary resources, and meet regularly
• with team members
• Drive post-sale efforts related to successful implementation of solution.
• Work cross-functionally during post deployment transition to ensure client goals
• delivered.
• Post Deployment transition and handover to Account Management and Support
