Our Digital Engineering (DE) practice provides client advisory services in Project Delivery, Software Development, System Integration and DevOps leveraging a range of open source, proprietary and emerging technologies. We partner with our clients to develop their cloud strategy, cloud-native solutions, and iPaaS integration and event streaming solutions providing innovative insight and expertise from across our global capability.

Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:

  • Working with multiple agile teams and driving initiatives for project delivery
  • Working closely with stakeholders with gathering requirements, scope and delivery of solutions
  • Developed mechanisms to track performance and value realisation on investment
  • Ability to quickly gather information on the progress of work and communicate this to key stakeholders
  • Identify, monitor and manage risks, issues and dependencies, agreeing appropriate risk responses

Let's talk about your capability and experience: 

  • Strong Agile Project management with experience managing and leading multiple Agile Teams & Lead Strategic initiatives
  • Proven experience driving and leading Projects/Programs
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management
  • Experience leading Agile/DevOps Implementation experience
  • Previous experience in scoping and developing plans for strategic pieces of work
  • Experience in executing business change including key stakeholder management along the journey
  • Proven analytical skills and data-driven decision making
  • Should be certified Scrum Master, SAFe or PMI, with experience in AGILE ALM i.e JIRA/Confluence etc.
