This reputable Commercial builder specialise in a diverse range of Restoration, Residential, Insurance & Government projects.
Almost 30 years old they have developed a strong name for themselves within the Insurance industry.
Due to a number of recently awarded projects, a position now exists for an experienced Project Manager to join the team in Melbourne.
Your new role
You will be responsible for:
- The procurement process, coordinating subcontractors & liaising with the site team.
- Managing all correspondence with the relevant stakeholders including the client, consultants, architects and internal staff
- Making sure projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
- Your initial project will be a complete refurbishment of an apartment project in Melbourne's Inner North
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a Project Manager role working for a Tier 2 or 3 builder in Melbourne
- Experience delivering restoration, refurbishment, fitout and apartment projects
- A strong ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders and subcontractors (handle LIVE sites)
- Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Advanced leadership skills with the ability to manage teams across multiple functions
- High level of attention to details and numerical analysis and interpretation
- Capable of applying critical thinking to complex analytical situations
