Looking for Project Manager in Melbourne
Skills /Competencies:
Essential:
Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
At least 10 years of experience in Information Technology and 5+ years of Service Operations experience.
Preferred:
Have the primary responsibility to deliver the Services associated with each of the Service Lines within the scope of the Agreement
Meet all Service Levels and contractual commitments for the respective Service Lines
Provide support to Clients Stakeholders and Authorised Users in accordance with the Problem Management process & Incident Management process
Provide all Service Level reporting to the service control function
Manage other administrative functions including security (physical and logical), facilities and contracts
Implement and meet the requirements of Client Business Continuity Plans
Strong Stakeholder Management (Including identifying and build relationships with key stakeholders and establishing a stakeholder matrix across Infosys, 3rd Party Vendors and Clients. Also including establishment of regular meetings with stakeholders at various levels)
Tracking project milestones and driving Governance meetings to manage the outcomes (Ownership of establishing and managing to detailed schedule and reporting as required to various stakeholder levels)
Schedule Management and regular reporting (As above, including commercials, billing milestones, invoicing, etc)
Strong Change management skills (Including ensuring adherence to Client processes, lead times and approvals)
Analysing Identifying and managing Operational risk and issues (Including liaising with Client Technical Service Owner and identification and handover of delivered risks)
Managing Customer escalations
Strong Vendor Management skills
Manages the overall organisation of teams (Ownership of overall delivery representing Infosys and 3rd Party Vendors)
