THE ROLE:
The Agile Project Manager (APM) is responsible for planning, leading, organising, and motivating Agile Delivery teams.
The role will be responsible for leading and managing large, complex enterprise level projects. In this role you will drive the project from inception to delivery to Implement the new UltiPro HR System to replace the previous.
Also, there will be a need to migrate from the original Dynamics HR system to Workday on another one of the projects within the organisation.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Extensive experience with HR System implementations in a complex environment.
- Previous experience with managing and delivering UltiPro, Dynamics OR Workday projects and implementations.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
- A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies including extensive experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams. PMP preferred
- Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools like Jira, Rally, MS Project, Power BI or equivalent, Visio, Slack or equivalent, Roadmunk or equivalent
- Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects.PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent preferred
- Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members including Developers, Business Analysts, and QA Personnel.
