Project Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in managing commercial public sector projects over $10 Million. Based in our Wollongong office you may be required to manage and travel to sites in both metropolitan Sydney and regional centres of NSW.

Project Coordination is looking for someone with outstanding inter-personal leadership skills, a calm yet effective demeanour and an ability to handle the pressures associated with major building construction projects.

As Project Manager you will plan, lead, organise and control each facet of a project related to reporting, design and documentation, construction programming, cost control and HSEQ.

Salary package will be determined based on experience and proven track record.

Skills and experience

The successful applicant will have:

• 10 or more years of experience in the construction industry and can demonstrate success in managing projects valued above $10 Million
• A strong knowledge of the WHS Act 2011, National Construction Code and Australian Building Standards
• Experience in the application of Risk Management principles
• Experience in word, excel and project is essential
• Experience with Procore desired
• Construction Induction Safety (White Card) CPCCOHS1001A
• A current driver’s licence and vehicle
• Excellent communication skills
• The legal right to work in Australia
