Project Manager

Our federal government client is seeking an experienced Project Manager (EL1) to lead and manage digital health projects. This role is responsible for defining project requirements, managing scope, and ensuring successful end-to-end project delivery in compliance with agency frameworks and policies.

 

Key Responsibilities
 

• Lead and manage digital projects, ensuring adherence to project management frameworks
• Oversee project scope, schedules, risks, and dependencies
• Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders across government and suppliers
• Ensure projects align with agency priorities, policies, and compliance requirements
• Manage project teams, resources, and supplier relationships
• Provide strategic direction, decision-making, and risk management
   

Skills & Experience Required
 

• Strong project management experience in digital or government projects
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Extensive stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
• Understanding of government policies, processes, and compliance frameworks
• Relevant Project Management qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP) or 5+ years of experience
