Description:
We are seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for keeping all related project processes running smoothly, providing coordination support to the project stakeholders for key activities, resources, equipment, and information.
You will play a key role in assisting with the implementation of several major IT projects, delivering critical software solutions to enterprise level healthcare organisations.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Collating budget and expenditure data.
- Scheduling and conducting appropriate meetings.
- Recording minutes and providing regular status reports.
- Coordinating project activities to ensure timelines and commitments are met.
- Collating contracts, timesheets, and related documentation.
- Drafting presentations and formatting proposal documents for professional services and projects.
- Supporting senior team members.
· Creation and on-going refinement of operational policies and associated documentation.
Skills and Experience
- Three to five years’ experience in a relevant project lead or project management role.
- Tech savvy and ability to keep up to date with healthcare and technology trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- High level organisational and time management skills with a demonstrated ability to use initiative, be self-motivated, and meet deadlines.
- High level attention to detail, compliance, and quality of work.
- Management of both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office.
- Proficiency in the use of project management and related software, such as Atlassian suite and MS Project.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Experience working in healthcare.
- Working in project environments with an Agile project methodology framework,
- PRINCE2 Foundation or similar PM certification.
