The role
 

• Lead and direct resource all
• Optimise contractual obligations and profit
• Strategize, execute, and oversee projects, including design, procurement, and construction functions
• Conduct regular progress and cost reviews, ensuring project alignment with objectives
• Coordinate client communications, ensuring project completion within set parameters
• Undertake commissioning projects as needed
• Identify and propose solutions for project challenges, including resourcing issues
• Manage project elements through subordinates, colleagues, and subcontractors
• Oversee project aspects: programming, cost, time, quality control, purchasing, and contracts
• Provide specialized insights across disciplines as necessary
• Handle commercial aspects of projects
• Escalate major issues promptly to the Operations Service Manager
   

About You
 

• Developed interpersonal skills to effectively work with customers, sub-contractors and systems team
• Demonstrated Project Management skills with 3 years’ experience
• Sound knowledge of electrical installations / retail
• Previous experience within the construction industry
• Established Computing (application) skills including word, excel, Visio, CAD
• Tertiary and or trade / technical qualifications
