Description:
In this exciting contract role (24 months), you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation's efficient and effective operation. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate those needs into actionable solutions leveraging your expertise in TechnologyOne (CiAnywhere).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to gain a deep understanding of business processes and requirements.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to the manager on the most suitable technical solutions available within the software's capabilities.
- Leverage your expertise in TechnologyOne (CiAnywhere) to design, develop, and implement effective business solutions, including:
- Design, develop, and implement effective business solutions, including:
- ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- Data models and XLOne reports
- Business Process Automation (BPA) workflows
- DocOnes solutions
- Configure and maintain system integration
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to end users
Do you have:
- Proven experience as a Solutions Analyst or similar role in local government
- Strong understanding of TechnologyOne (CiAnywhere) and its various modules (ETLs, Data models, XLOne reports, BPA, DocOnes)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for public service and a commitment to continuous learning
