Job Responsibilities: As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading an ERP implementation (Oracle) within our client's organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing, tracking, and monitoring project scope, resourcing, delivery scheduling, changes, training, project dependencies, and issues.
- Liaising with vendors, stakeholders, and business units to provide timely and accurate updates.
- Employing effective management and coordination of projects on a day-to-day basis using agile or waterfall practices.
- Assessing change impacts, identifying training requirements, and facilitating knowledge transfer to end users.
- Supporting the Product Owner, Stream Leads, and Product Leads in managing internal and external customer expectations for project deliverables.
Job Requirements: To excel in this role, you must have:
- Experience in managing large-scale ERP implementation programs, preferably based on Oracle, in a complex environment.
- A solid understanding of software development life cycle models, along with expert knowledge of Agile and traditional project management principles.
- Extensive experience in project management and delivery across small to large scale, complex projects, both customer-facing and internal IT applications.
- Superior interpersonal skills, ability to communicate, persuade, and negotiate at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex vendor relationships over multiple projects.
- A National Police check is required if successful for this role.
