For more than 34 years, UniSuper has been managing super for people employed in the higher education and research sector. UniSuper currently invests around $90 billion on behalf of 450,000 current and former higher education and research employees.

The Opportunity:

We’re all here to help deliver greater retirement outcomes for our members. Your role supports UniSuper doing this by:
* Managing the end to end delivery of complex, enterprise projects to agreed time, cost and quality standards.
* Working with internal and external teams and vendors as appropriate
* Co-ordinating all component deliverables to ensure agreed outputs and outcomes are achieved.
* Managing and engaging with stakeholders to ensure requirements, constraints and expectations relating to the project are captured documented, agreed and met.

Key Responsibilities will include:
* Manage UniSuper projects, taking end-to-end accountability for technical and operational implementation and the delivery of successful outcomes for the business
* Ensure projects are focused on achieving business benefits and actions are put in place to measure business benefit realisation
* Ensure business needs are clearly defined and that they align with strategy
* Compile project management artefacts and business cases that are sufficiently informative and contain cross business based content to allow the Project Control Board to make informed decisions
* Ensure project deliverables are reviewed and approved by relevant stakeholders and delivered to an acceptable quality standard within acceptable timelines

To be successful you will ideally possess: 
* Experience delivering a regulatory or compliance focussed project
* Financial services experience (desired but not essential)
* Demonstrated successful project management experience in end to end delivery of projects, on time, within budget and to agreed quality
* An understanding of project management methodologies with an ability to manage projects to a well-defined delivery strategy
* Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence and persuade colleagues, management and executives
