Woods & Co have partnered with one of Melbourne’s top design and Construction Companies of Commercial interiors in Victoria and New South Wales, Australia. They are looking for an experienced fit out Project Manager to join their team working on office, medical and hospitality fit outs.
What do you do?
- Establish client expectations prior to commencing on site and ensure that reporting meets these needs
- Act as liaison between build works on site and RFI’s to designers, the client, consultants or building management
- Tailor communication plans (digital and face to face) for each stakeholder and at all levels for a project (Be flexible to meet reasonable client demands)
- Prioritise regular communication to all stakeholders throughout the process
- Support sales team in the management of the client relationship
- Collaborate with relevant designers to achieve project deliverables
What do you need?
- Conduct and present yourself and your workplace in a professional manner at all times.
- Proven experience in commercial fit-outs
- Commercial experience in relevant fields
- Completed relevant education and/or training suitable for the attainment of the analytical and technical skills required in project management, business ,commerce, building and constructions
