Spotless Group is looking for Project Manager
About You
Ideally, you possess qualifications in construction management, architecture, engineering or trade background with experience gained within commercial construction, ideally with a Tier 1 or 2 builder or client side PM. You will also possess;
- Demonstrable experience gained within the commercial building industry
- Experience producing and maintaining the procurement schedule, subcontractor packages, scopes, tender recommendation and comparison sheets
- The ability to assist with contract variations, progress claims and delay claims
- Exposure to design management, and assisting with the defects register, document control, compiling As Built Drawings and manuals
- Good financial acumen and able to assist with forecasting and anticipated costs
- Well-developed influencing and decision-making skills based on facts and analysis
- High level of verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to lead and develop a team ensuring a high performing and engaged workforce
- Open communication and engagement with the ability to work effectively in teams to identify and improve processes across cost savings, efficiency and productivity
- Strong safety focus with demonstrated evidence of actively promoting and sustaining a Zero harm environment.
