You will be the driving force behind digital projects, working with our talented designers, strategists, developers and fellow project managers from our funky warehouse studio in Richmond to create world-class digital projects, including websites, campaigns, apps and more. Who are you?

You'll have at least 3-5 years experience in a digital producer/project manager role, preferably with several years agency experience. You'll be highly organised, a great communicator, and it's ok if you dream of spreadsheets. We're after someone who wants an opportunity to grow and work within a team of producers and contribute their knowledge and expertise.

You'll be able to not only win clients over with your panache and charm, but use your well-honed people skills to lead and inspire your team to success on every project, ensuring exceptional quality and delivery. • Planning, scheduling, and managing digital projects on time and on budget
• Building and strengthening client relationships
• Leading engagement with new business enquiries
• Supporting junior and new team members in project process and techniques

// Requirements

• At least 3-5 years experience in a digital producer/project manager role
• Experience in an agency role
• Highly organised
• Excellent presentation, and great written and verbal communication skills
• Working understanding of CMS tools
• Strong methodical and structured approach to tasks
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Working understanding of technical concepts like DNS, hosting, CMS etc
• Interest in digital trends and innovations
• Hands-on, fast learner, able to multi-task
• Service oriented, friendly and passionate about client service
