Description:

As Project Management Office (PMO) Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Centre of Excellence within Liveable Water Solutions for Project Management. A PMO including Portfolio, Program and Project management and project finance services and systems for the support of the whole of LWS. The purpose of this role is to set the vision and lead teams with matrix reporting lines, to transform the management of SEW capital delivery portfolio and programs through robust governance, shared data insights, and a culture that focuses on delivering customer, community and environmental outcomes.

Who are you?

In order to be successful in this role, you will possess the following key skills, knowledge and experience:
 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Accounting or Engineering with qualifications in Project Management (Certificate IV, Diploma, PRINCEII, PMP) and Change Management (Certification) or similar equivalent experience.
  • Extensive change management experience.
  • The ability to coach and develop a team.
  • Extensive experience in senior program and governance leadership roles.
  • Strong interpersonal, networking and influencing skills.
  • Extensive financial and business acumen – ability to interpret data and identify items for further analysis.
  • Significant understanding of governance of performance reporting and regulatory framework.
  • Demonstrable analytical, critical and evaluation skills to develop insights and solve strategic challenges.
