We are looking for a Consultant within the Real Estate Advisory and Project Management (REAPM) team, in our Perth office. This role is offered on a flexible full-time basis.

This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about pursuing a career in Property wishing to significantly broaden their understanding and technical knowledge of the industry by working on a diverse range projects.
Based in Perth, you will become part of our national Real Estate team and have the opportunity to work on both local and national projects across all sectors, asset classes and client types.

We will provide support for you gain professional accreditation such a CPV of the API or RICS, and the tools and flexibility you need to build your career in the Property industry.

 

  • Assist with valuation assignments of stabilised property, development projects and specialised assets.

  • Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on a range projects and transactions for income producing and development projects.

  • Assist on and be at the forefront of major urban renewal and infrastructure projects including the preparation of business cases, transaction strategies and development advisory.

  • Provide specialist due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets across a range of asset classes.

  • Undertake market research, trend analysis and contribute to thought leaderships papers.

  • Work on new and innovative housing models such as Build to Rent, Specialist Disability Accommodation and Affordable Housing.

  • Investigate and utilise new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative deliverables to our clients.

  • Support Project Managers on the delivery of complex business cases, buildings and precincts.

  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Understanding of private sector and government valuation processes.

  • Good report writing and presentation skills.

  • An understanding of core property valuation principles, value drivers and methodologies.

  • A bachelor’s degree in Property, Real Estate Valuation, Project Management or similar related subject.
