The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in large and complex change management activities with a strong understanding of employment law and project management fundamentals.
As part of the People and Culture team at ECU, this Project Lead role will be responsible for:
Lead and ensure the successful end-to-end planning and delivery of all aspects of the People and the Workplace workstream within the City Campus Operationalisation Program, including confirming scope, schedule, dependencies, resources and costs to successfully transition staff to the City Campus.
Define proposed projects that align with the program of work through collaboration with relevant stakeholders within People and Culture and wider organisation. Develop compelling business cases for funding approval and program briefs with clear outcomes and accountabilities for this specific program and its included projects.
Ensure complete planning, monitoring and management of a range of projects within this workstream, in line with organisational methodologies, controls and requirements. This includes planning of project outcomes, benefits, deliverables, resources, budget, communications and risk management.
