Project Lead

 

Description:

The Project Lead is responsible for ensuring the Health Links (eReferral) and Q-Flow (patient flow system) project is completed on time, on budget, within scope, to the business requirements and meets quality standards. Working closely with the Information Technology leads, the Project Lead will manage the development and delivery of business change processes including change management, benefits realisation, communications, stakeholder engagement and project documentation to support the successful implementation of the Health Links and Q-Flow projects at Mercy Health

  • Mercy Hospital for Women with the flexibility to work across Werribee Mercy Hospital
  • Fixed Term Part Time, 5 days per fortnight, October 10th 2022 to June 30th 2023
  • Implement a digital referral system across Mercy Hosptial for Women and Werribee Mercy
  • Implement an electronic patient flow system at Mercy Hospital for Women
  • A degree in a Computer Science, Health Information Management, Buisness Information or a related field.
  • 1-3 years expeiernce working in Health Services or Project Management
  • Prior expereince in project management desired but not essential
  • Enthusiastic about quality improvement and change management

Mercy Hospital for Women is a fully accredited Level 6 Public Specialist Teaching Hospital providing both public and private patient care through maternity services, neonatology and paediatrics, perioperative services, gynaecology, women's health and associated health, support and diagnostic services. We are a major teaching hospital and specialist referral centre with the medical, nursing, midwifery and allied health expertise to treat the most complex obstetric, neonatal and gynaecological cases.
