Project Engineer

Description:

We are looking for Project Engineers for an Owner's Team vacancy, Perth based and 12 month contract position.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Engineer will support the Perth and Site Management Teams and Contractors with technical support to deliver Port and Laboratory projects safely, efficiently and to high standards that meet stakeholder expectations and requirements.

Projects
 

• Design and construction of new laboratory facilities.
• Refurbishment, modification and upgrade of existing facilities.
• Installation of automated laboratory equipment.
• Mechanical systems (Dust extraction, HVAC, compressed air, chilled water).
• Civils/Earthworks, Concrete, Structural, Mechanical, Piping and (HV/LV) Electrical works. Multi-disciplinary experience across similar style infrastructure projects will be highly preferred (i.e. NPI Facilities, Workshops, Laboratories, etc…)
   

Key Accountabilities Will Include
 

• Providing technical support to project teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, assisting to achieve scope, schedule and budget requirements.
• Providing technical support to assist multiple contracting companies and projects on site.
• Managing technical aspects during project development stages including studies and design
• Liaising with Area Managers, Superintendents, Supervisors, Project Managers,
