Due to the development of a Major new CBD Development Project, a new opportunity has arisen for talented & dynamic Project Engineer with Mechanical Building Services experience to manage & drive all activities associated with building services for a new high profile CBD project.

About The Opportunity

Working with a close knit team, key responsibilities include the following:

• Manage the design, installation & commissioning documentation of mechanical building services.
• Review & interpret technical shop drawings, specifications & other project documentation.
• Review contractor equipment selections against design requirements, producing I/O list review & reports.
• Conduct regular installation & commissioning inspections in HVAC, Hydraulics, fire protection, mechanical & electrical services on site.
• Effectively liaise with Subject Matter Experts & key internal & external stakeholders of the project.

About you

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering(Mechanical)
• Specific design experience in Mechanical/Building Services with sound installation & commissioning experience.
• Sound technical knowledge of Building Services standards(NCC & AS).
• Sound technical background with Building Management Systems & HVAC fundamentals & operations.
• Well developed interpersonal & communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to be able to liaise at all levels.
