Are you self motivated with experience in training and supporting people in new techologies or providing exceptional customer engagement experiences with enthusiasm and energy?
Then we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in implementing new technologies and application support across Warrigal sites and services to co-workers, our customers and their families. You will be enthusiastic and energetic with a passion and desire to work and engage with the older community to incorporate technologies in both work and lifestyle activities acting as a ‘change agent’.
You are bringing your personality, enthusiasm and passion to every interaction, committing to providing exceptional customer interaction and service. You will provide effective design of internal training programs, along with group and individual facilitation to engage different audiences through creative and reflective resources and practices.
Based in either Queanbeyan or Goulburn, you will also support the Warrigal sites at Queanbeyan, Goulburn and in the ACT at Stirling and Calwell.

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering, evaluating, and developing training programs.
  • Experience in presenting face to face and working with virtual delivery modes (e.g. Zoom, MS Teams).
  • Demonstrated ability, experience, and commitment to excellence in customer service.
  • Demonstrated hands on approach to change, communications, support, and training.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong and effective working relationships with team members, internal/external clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
  • Proven ability to understand and deliver on a range of stakeholder requirements.
  • Proactive and able to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • A good level of skills across a range of computer applications with the ability to learn new applications quickly.
  • Willingness for regular travel including occasional overnight stays.
