What you will be in charge of? 

• Promote and coordinate Business development Opportunitieswithin PV ESS, Wind and Green Hydrogen sector in Australia to increase the country pipeline.
• Working with a variety of technological partners and coordinating supply of the services of the company. Includes the definition of the department strategic planning, goals and tactics.
• Support management in negotiations, preparing investment reports for internal approval and project financing purposes, etc.
• Feasibility studies.
• Lead negotiations with landowners / brokers.
• Work with Project Development team to negotiate project documents with various parties (PPA, EPC, O&M, supplier, etc.). 
• Selection of the right partners and local companies to work with in order to bring projects to status “ready to build”. 
• Conduct due diligence on all contract documents and risks to ensure projects meet financing and technical criteria.
• Assist in overseeing together with Country Manager, O&M Director and EPC team all the activities within the Country.
• Foresee investment opportunities in medium-term and long-term.
