Description:
Our client, a large QLD Government department, is seeking to engage an experienced project coordinator to assist in the delivery of a service strategy project. The Project requires significant engagement with various stakeholders within Queensland Government, interstate government agencies and numerous councils and community groups across the State.
- Prepare project plans and strategies for review and approval by the Director (Commercial Partnerships).
- Manage project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards, schedules and comply with the program governance.
- Identify, manage and report on project risks and issues and prepare options to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
- Develop and execute the Stakeholder Engagement Strategy associated with the projectr Services Strategy, including leading face-to-face and/or virtual consultation sessions with internal and external stakeholders. Develop recommendations regarding future network design and future contract procurement requirements associated with the Strategy, including the sourcing and provision of expert advice pertaining to regional transport matters.
- Prepare Program and Project-level submissions, planning documents, technical specifications, options papers, briefing notes, minutes, presentations and other general records and correspondence as required by the Director (Commercial Partnerships) and the New Generation Contracts Board.
- Undertake the detailed review of various Project Plans, Submissions and Business Cases to ensure consistency with TransLink objectives, and liaise with internal communications, stakeholder relations and media stakeholders to address complex and sensitive Program / Project delivery issues.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external to ensure the Project achieves good customer outcomes.
- Analyse data (for example ticketing or passenger information) to understand customer travel patterns and identify future service requirements.
- Monitor and report on project performance, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project dependencies and required coordination throughout the life of the project.
