I.AM Amplified plays a key role in the way ANZ manages changes to Compliance & Operational Risk (C&OR), to address known areas for improvement. The program contributes to our C&OR vision, whereby we effectively and efficiently identify and manage evolving operational risks and compliance obligations to keep our customers, employees and our business thriving.

As a Business Analyst, you will work with project stakeholders to analyse and synthesise information, understand the organisational context and complete business analysis activities. Working within the stakeholder engagement framework for the program, the Business Analyst is to communicate with key stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of the program’s objectives and benefits.

Your key priorities and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Ensure that assigned business analysis activities are completed effectively and that the outputs and benefits are clear
• Work efficiently with others to elicit requirements that are fit for purpose, recommending appropriate stakeholders to be involved with elicitation activities
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicate clearly and concisely
• Displays knowledge of business analysis processes and demonstrate ability to document effectively
• Supports the analysis of program risks and issues, adhere to change control processes and requirements traceability throughout the life of the program in accordance with established effective document management
• Operates with a collaborative approach and actively support the team manager in successful delivery of the program

• Ability to solve complex problems using a range of techniques and good analytical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, to communicate business analysis outcomes
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement solutions to perform more effective and efficient analysis
